For a possible result error, include the lottery, draw date, page address, disputed number and a link to the official record where possible. This makes the stored source snapshot and audit trail easier to check.

Do not email photographs of tickets, payment details, government identifiers, passwords or other sensitive personal information.
DrawLedger cannot validate a ticket, confirm a prize, extend a claim deadline or contact a lottery on a player’s behalf. Those requests must go to the lottery or authorised retailer that sold the ticket.
Reported issues are compared with official-source material. A disputed record is marked for review rather than silently overwritten. Material corrections retain the previous value, corrected value, reason, editor identity and time in the audit database.
